Pilot signup notice

This additional notice explains how Jubble Inc. uses information submitted through this website’s pilot-interest form. Read it alongside our existing privacy policy.

What we collect

We collect your name, email address, whether you are interested as a venue or a participant, your business name where relevant, and your area or neighborhood. We also record the registration time, the source of the registration, and your consent to pilot-related contact.

Why we use it

We use these details to respond to your enquiry, coordinate Austin pilot participation and contact you about getting started. Registering does not subscribe you to a general marketing list.

Where it is kept

Registration data is stored in the website’s hosted database. Access to the registration list and exports is restricted to the authorized Jubble administrator. Hosting providers process the data to operate this website. We do not sell registration details.

Protecting the signup form

To limit automated or repeated submissions, the signup service creates a short-lived hash from a network identifier and a time window. The signup database stores this hash and an expiry time, rather than the raw network address. Expired rate-limit records are cleared during later signup processing or security checks.

We also use self-hosted ALTCHA bot protection. Your browser completes a short proof-of-work check, which our server verifies before accepting your inquiry. Checks expire after 20 minutes. We temporarily store a random challenge identifier and its expiry to prevent reuse, and remove expired identifiers during later security checks. This verification does not send your form details to ALTCHA or add tracking cookies.

Cookies and page behavior

The signup page does not add advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting and sign-in services may use essential cookies to deliver and secure the website.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your registration, stop contacting you, or explain how we have used your details by emailing hello@jubble.com. We retain registration details while they are needed to manage pilot interest and related enquiries, or until you ask us to remove them, subject to any applicable recordkeeping obligations.
