UX / Product Designer — Contract

Austin-based, with in-person collaboration during the pilot.

Help make Jubble feel clear, expressive and easy to use.

What you’ll work on

  • Improve the clarity and usability of the customer experience.
  • Create interface designs and clear development handoffs.
  • Plan and carry out user research during the Austin pilot.
  • Turn what you learn into practical product improvements.

We’d like to see experience in mobile web products, user research and close collaboration with developers.

Scope, deliverables and timing will be agreed for each project.

Software Developer — Contract

Austin-based, working with Jubble’s founder and design partners.

Help build and improve a web experience that feels good to use.

What you’ll work on

  • Develop and improve Jubble’s web application.
  • Work with design partners on clear, accessible experiences.
  • Support testing, reliability, access controls and documentation.
  • Make improvements informed by the Austin pilot.

Experience delivering mobile-friendly web applications and working with product designers is especially relevant.

Scope, deliverables and timing will be agreed for each project.

Marketing & Community — Contract

Austin-based, with in-person venue outreach and local collaboration.

Help introduce Jubble to the independent places and people that make Austin tick.

What you’ll work on

  • Create clear messaging and materials for the Austin pilot.
  • Build relationships with independent businesses and community partners.
  • Support venue onboarding and local participation.
  • Create and coordinate social, email and website content.
  • Use outreach and participation results to improve the next campaign.

We’d like to hear from people with experience in local marketing, hospitality or community partnerships, and an appetite for practical work on the ground.

Initial assignments will be agreed as defined projects, with further work informed by the pilot.
